SURFING TOURS CIMAJA - PLABUHANRATU WEST JAVA

The Cimaja surf sopt of Palabuhanratu are one of favorite surfing destination for Surfer all around the world now days anda growing number of Indonesian surfers. is the most crowded of West Java's surfing grounds due to sheer ease of accessibility. Most of the surf pounded beaches in the Palabuhanratu resort area-also called Samudra Beach are just thatpure beachpound, featuring vicious riptides and big walls of water with nowhere to go. Most surfers skip this non-directional head a few kilometers due west to the sleepy fishing and rice-growing village known as Cimaja, or Cimaja Beach. The Cimaja SURF break, a right that rises off a rocky reef, is reached by walking about 300 meters from the main road through beachfront sawah (rice paddies).

This spot is consistently surf able because it has a solid and angular rock bottom perfectly attuned to south and southwest swells rising out of the Indian Ocean / Open Indian Ocean. Its rights peel off in front of a cobble-stone and boulder strewn beach that clatters like a series of giant castanets every time a wave set rolls in.

OMBAK TUJUH O7
Ombak Tujuh  O7 Surf spot Ombak Tujuh translates as Seven Waves and is definitely the big wave surf spot, capable of holding swells up to 20ft (7m). The coral ledge protrudes into deep water, forcing the waves to jack up suddenly, making for elevator drops, right by the cliffs. Big wave experts only as the power and deepwater hold downs are serious, keeping crowds thin on big days. Needs a big swell to perform and longer pintails are a good idea.
TURTLES POINT
only a 15 minute walk from your accommodation. Turtles point barreling left hander can get insane, best at low tide but gets shallo. longest barrels up here works from 2 to solid 6 foot and depending on the swell and winds can hold bigger. Also you will get a wave out the front of MAMA'S losmen spot  a left hander that can deliver some magnificent surf waves but with the wrong winds can be a mes  worth checking out.

SURFING TOURS SAWARNA - BANTEN WEST JAVA
Sawarna surf spot a curve of decent beachbreaks are the backdrop for this long left shelf running down the eastern headland of the bay from Tanjung Layar. This wave has many moods and swells rear up from deep water, shifting around a bit, sometimes more hollow on take-off but generally a fast wall and always plenty of power. Should be more protected from the SE trades, about 2 hours drive from Cimaja. No crowd at all. this wave can be such a giant It can reach 10ft +.  The spot about 500m from the nearest Surf camp.

ANOTHER INTERESTING WEST JAVA SURF SPOT

INDICATOR POINT

It has a shallow coral bottom, which works well with heavy swell 7 ft +  and a high tide. It’s a long wall with a constant tube that shuts down after a 150 – 200 m down the line drive. If you want a speedy workable wave you’ll find it here when the conditions are right.

KARANGPAPAK "SUNSET BEACH"
This is a surf spot a fun wave, which is good when Cimaja and Indicators are crowded or closing out and good when small swell coming and the tide is high tide.

KARANG HAWU Sunset Beach

Karang Hawu surf spot, this is a beach break and offers rights and lefts and this spot is very similar to Karangpapak, the lefts hand some time better then the right. Good for beginners to advance.

CIKEMBANG surf spot

CIKEMBANG surf spot is an everchanging sand and rock bottom righthander. When the big swell from S or SW come, so it will be good for this place, which will hits the outskirts of the reef from the reef point to the end shore break at the beach until about 150m long. The waves here are mellow and the power is not so strong, it’s very good and suitable for longboarder and beginner surfer, but do not rule out the possibility for experienced surfer to ride this waves or the place next door it is the Cikembang indicator. The car is very hard to get close to the point (except if we bring a high car). Usually we walk down from the car park to the spot and it will take about 20 minutes.

KARANG AJI surf spot
karang Aji surf spot It is a clean wave, which wraps around a large rock, then goes between two large rocks about 60+ m apart this wave can give fun rides up to 100 m.

LOJI’s  The Gem
The Loji's surf spot This break is sort after for by every surfer that hits the west coast of Java When Cimaja is out of control it is time to head to Lojis this wave just runs and runs and runs if you like long lefts you will also be waiting in anticipation.

Noname - Secret Point

The Secret Point "Noname" This reef break about 80m long  bareling left hander and not allow without local surf guide this is special spot  for local sufer, the blue clear water and white sandy beaches one of favorite spot which is only reah by boat to this spot. This is the spot that the local surfer escape from the crow, have to be careful when it’s low tide. Intermediate to advance surfer.

THE WEST JAVA SURFING TOURS :

Day 1  :

Arrival in Jakarta Airport / City , welcome service and met with our staff pick you up from airport, transfer to Hotel FM-7 near by airport stay overnight at hotel. but If your arrival before 12pm in the afternoon, you may go straight to Cimaja and stay at Hotel in Cimaja and met with our friendly local experience surf guide also one of west java surf legen "Diki Zulfikar"

Day 2  :

After breakfast in the morning Met by your Surf Guide briefing about the location and possibility best surf to day, and walk from the main break. Your guide will get you to the best waves, arrange all transport and assist you with any other needs you may have. There are a couple of good rights and some lefts when conditions get bigger.

Day 3  :

Hotel in Cimaja will be your base ... surf and free surfing

Day 4-12  :

Your surf guide will inform you When you’r ready to move on, your guide will organize transport to the next destination, Ujung Genteng about 3 hours drive away. The Turtles point the most consistent wave in the area is located just a short walk from the losmen. The big wave spot (Ombak Tujuh) is about an hour away by motor bike, plus Mama's Left is just a short bike ride away. Losmen staff and our surf guide will help you get to these places. The meals provided are traditional Indonesian style with some adaptations to suit Western preferences. you also may go to Sawarna surf break which the journey will takes 1,5-2 hours drive, the tours including trip to another WEST JAVA SURF SPOT depend on swell and your needed. don't hesitate to discuse with our surf guide which will serve you as best as we can.

Day 12 :

Surfing and after lunch or by afternoon Prepare for drive back to Jakarta hotel FM7

Day 13 :
